Fuji Hiro is a Japanese noodle place, that I’ve passed many times and never been in, but it was in a very location for a meeting with boyfriend inbetween the gym and the bowling alley.
The decor isn’t anything to write home about and it was a little disconcerting to watch one of the staff peeling carrots at a table with the customers rather than at a sink in the kitchen that’s just the Fuji Hiro way.
I got the Yasai Yaki Soba (noodles with tofu) and boyfriend got the Fuji Hiro Ramen (some kind of soup with eggs and squid in it). The portion size was big, and I could have done with a bit more tofu and a little less noodle. But it was quite nice.
